How Interim Placement Works

Necessary Licensing
If you don’t have a license in the state where you are assigned, Alpha Consulting Group will assist you with the information you need to receive a reciprocal license. It’s a usually quick and easy process.

Placing You
Once you have decided to work with Alpha Consulting Group, we will interview you, check your references and perform a background check. Our reputation is based on quality, so our standards are high and our review is thorough. As a result, if you meet our requirements, you can be assured we recognize the skills and dedication of our nurse leaders and provide outstanding compensation for their services, as well as reimbursement for expenses.

Once accepted, you will have interviews with potential clients for interim placement. When you have been accepted for an assignment, we will help you secure a place to live, make travel arrangements, get a rental car and provide any other information you may need.

Your Time Commitment
Assignments are generally a minimum of four months, but could last up to a year.
